Professional Services
Visual Lead Inspections require an inspector to visit you and your property at a designated time and place. Testing of each livable room in the house is required including kitchen and bathrooms. If chipping paint or dust is visible, the inspector will provide you with a list of
areas to mitigate. A return visit will be needed to inspect deficient areas. Once visual inspection is passed, (no chipping or peeling paint visible), samples will be taken and sent to the the laboratory.

Only laboratories approved by Maryland Department of the Environment can be used for sample analysis. Standard processing time is 5 business days. (weekends are not counted) Need it faster? Rush Service 48 hours after samples collected should be selected Add $50.00 to total. If a unit fails the lead limits required for certification, a return visit by an inspector will be required at a reduced rate of $50 plus lab fees. The law requires that if a room is found to have higher than allowed lead dust levels, then 2 samples must be taken on the return visit. The extra sample will come from the floor.

Lead Free
XRF lead Free $499/ unit (volume discounts for 3-5 units , 5 to 10 units)
$100 XRF for the first 30 readings. (30 minutes)
If lead paint is found in readings, Inspection stops and switches to Dust Testing. Only Charged $100.00 for XRF part.
If property is fully tested (interior and exterior), $499 for testing.
$30 fee required paid in clients name for the Lead Free Certificate.
Lab Test
Your results will be released to you via email once your payment has been made. Please pay invoice sent to your email same day your samples are collected. Thank you.
Time Frame
Samples leave for lab when payment is received in full.
Lab Analysis: 2 to 3 days after lab receives samples overnight delivery.
Rush Speed +$50 per inspection: within 24-48 hours after lab receives samples overnight.
Lab does not operate on a weekend.
Samples must be analyzed within 30 days or they are void.
